Return Policies:

We are here to serve you the best quality products. Our ideology is to maintain remarkable quality and to be concerned about customer’s satisfaction.

Thus there can be issues, such as:

Any wrong product is given by our end.
Any wrong product is given by the logistics’ end.
Receiving defective items
Low-quality garment
Holes, badly sewed or wrongly sized garment
Any wrong attribute is given by our end.
Wrong color
Wrong size
Wrong print/design
Wrong styled item
Any swapped order is given
(Order items that you haven’t ordered but we have delivered.)
And in any other special circumstances.

For these reasons, you are eligible to request a Return request.

For returning any item: Check all the items while the delivery man is in front of you. After receiving the order without checking the items can not be reportable.

Refund Policies:

You can only request for refund if,

You have returned an order with following the terms. (Advance paid orders only)
You have changed your mind but the product is not ready yet to deliver. (Advance paid orders only)
If the product is ready, you can not cancel your order.

Refund process can take up to 15 days.
